My point though is that Navy intentionally left the CAA to join the Patriot


League so it could be in the same conference with Army. Both schools really like being the Patriot League for all other sports because they align well with the other members in Patriot League. Plus, Army and Navy get to play each other multiple times in sports where teams don't play each other only 1 time. It is possible they may not be willing to give those things up.
