What I said is I don't think that they are going to do that; to me it isn't realistic; they can't even do that right now before the new rules. So why would anyone with competent counsel revise how they do business and then implement a playoff that not only is opposed by a significant chunk of the membership but potentially runs afoul of anti-trust laws?

I think the new sideboards will have a lot of influence on the organization and whatever post-season format is adopted for that organization.
